Body&Flow Control (Joana Malakauskiene)
The lesson consists of different movement elements, a lesson and a workout concept that intertwines Pilates, Yoga, Animal flow movements in a dynamic and easy way. You will move in a light music space that will allow you to immerse yourself in the seamless rhythm of the movements, combining them in a dynamic choreography. Joana is a big fan of Deep Sensational House music, which will add to the style of the class.
Mobility Flow (Agne Buta)
The class consists of stretching, functional exercises to develop mobility. Each movement is choreographed in a sequence, like a continuous dance of functional exercises and dynamic movements. Agnė knows how to surprise, so we invite you to try it out!
Animal Flow (Israel Mallebre)
